Hundreds of Gyan Sampraday devotees gathered at the Royal Albert Palace in New Jersey to take part in Guru Mahima Parayan in the presence of Jagatguru Shri Avichaldevacharya Maharaj and Dr. Sadhvi Shri Gitadidi. The Parayan had various activities such Paramguru Paduka Pujan, spiritual discourses by Pujya Jagatguruji, Guru Mahima Satsang by Sadhvi Shri Gitadidi, and Divya Paramguru’s upasana. Youth and young adults volunteered and took part in special activities which helped them connect to our faith and culture while having fun.
On Sunday September 22nd, devotees also celebrated Jagatguruji’s birthday. A shobhayatra (procession) was carried out with devotees singing and dancing to religious Kirtans. Young adults sang kirtans, and devotees shared personal experiences they had with Jagatguruji. Devotees shared how Jagatguuji’s ‘sat’ and aura drew them closer to their faith. He also helped devotees grow in their faith and spiritual path through the Kaival Gyan Mandir that Jagatguruji built in Chicago and annual youth shibirs in the USA. Jagatguruji also inspires and teaches devotees to live a healthy life, spiritually, mentally, and physically while taking care of the environment. Altogether, devotees of all ages were able to spiritually recharge themselves through the Guru Mahima Parayan.
